Yoga & Music

Start your day with a free yoga class accompanied by the calming sounds of the handpan. 

About the Instructor: Chris is a yoga instructor who guides steady, breath-centered classes focused on awareness, ease, and connection. His approach encourages students of all levels to move with intention, explore what feels supportive, and keep the practice both meaningful and fun. He creates a calm, welcoming space where people can reconnect with their bodies and breath. 

About the Performer: Addi Faerber leads handpan jam nights, introduction to handpan workshops, and in-person lessons. She performs with the Wellspring Collective, a cello, voice and handpan trio that supports healing through sound. Addi’s journey to learning handpan started as physical therapy to heal her wrist, but lead into a lifelong passion for this beautiful instrument. Addi is also representative for Isthmus Instruments, a local handpan producer.

Bring your own matt. Limited to 40 participants. Parking on the street or at the Livingston Street Garage.
